This class is for anyone who in interested in learning Usui or Holy Fire Reiki.  By the end of this comprehensive class, not only will you be able to practice Reiki on yourself, but others as well.

On the first day of class we will lean about the history of Usui Reiki, get your Reiki I attunement, lean hand positions for treating yourself and others. Japanese Reiki Techniques including, Gassho mediation, Byosen Scanning, Gyoshi-ho, Koki-ho (my favorite) and Kenyoku.

The second day, we will lean about Holy Fire Reiki, the Usui level II Reiki symbols, how to use them with practice time, get your Reiki two attunement, using Reiki to heal specific conditions, distance healing and setting up your Reiki grid to guide you with distance healing.
